Details: Are you a skilled chef de partie looking for a new challenge in a rosette-level restaurant? Do you enjoy working in beautiful surroundings steeped in history? Do you relish the variety of working on multiple menus? Then this could be the perfect role for you. Our client is looking for a talented chef de partie who has a passion for skilled cookery and a taste for exquisite food. Your main responsibility will be the vegetable and larder station, preparing and serving food for a variety of menus the client offers its guests, including a 2 AA rosette a la carte menu, a 5-course tasting menu, banqueting menu and lounge menu to name but a few. You will join a team of 8 in the kitchen brigade with support from a team of 9 Front of House team members. You will be working under a highly-accomplished Head Chef, who has won awards, with some of the finest ingredients to help create stunning food dish after dish. Responsibilities: Own your own station ensuring you have prepped the correct amount of food and ensuring every dish you create is perfectly made to the high standards expected Carry out instructions from senior chefs and to give instructions to junior team members during service Contribute to the cleanliness and administration of the kitchen as required

Skills: Had achieved minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) Has Basic Food Hygiene certificate Has at prior CDP experience working in a Rosette establishment Relishes on-going training and improvement

Shift Details: 21,000 per annum 40 hours a week 4 days a week, 10 hours per day Complimentary meals provided Own transport required due to location Uniform provided
